Life Sim

Duke Games ("we", "our", or "us") built Life Sim as a free mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using Life Sim, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

Information You Provide

• Account data — when you create an account: email address, username, and password (stored hashed).
• Game saves — your in-game progress, player stats, and settings stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our servers for cloud save functionality.

Information Collected Automatically

• Firebase Analytics — we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data: session duration, feature interactions, crash reports, device model, OS version, and country. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
• Advertising (AdMob) — we use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, and interaction data to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Crash and performance data — Firebase Crashlytics may collect device state, stack traces, and app version at the time of a crash.

• Authenticate your account and sync game saves across devices.
• Improve gameplay experience through aggregate analytics.
• Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
• Serve advertisements that fund free access to the app.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at life.sim.vic.inc@gmail.com. Analytics and crash data is retained by Google per their own policies. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

Life Sim is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at life.sim.vic.inc@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of personalized advertising (via device settings).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/EEA users).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any breach as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Life Sim after changes constitutes acceptance.
